This work is about moving beyond patterns that keep you stuck in pressure, overthinking, or disconnection from yourself.
It supports a more conscious and grounded way of living and working.

My offerings
1:1 Coaching Sessions
My 1:1 coaching is focused on supporting sustainable self-leadership, inner clarity, and personal empowerment.
Each session is guided by what feels most relevant for you in the moment. Together, we explore the thoughts, patterns, beliefs, and internal blocks that may be influencing how you show up in your life and work.
Sessions are held online and are 60 minutes in length. The first session is dedicated to the Energy Leadership Index™ (ELI) Assessment debrief, which forms the foundation for our work together.

Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) Assessment
All of my coaching relationships begin with an Energy Leadership™ Index Assessment.
The ELI is a reflective tool that helps you become more aware of how your perceptions, attitudes, and internal responses shape the way you experience life, work, and leadership.
Rather than defining you, it creates a starting point for awareness — showing how your current mindset and energy patterns may be supporting you, or holding you back in certain areas of life.
The insights from the assessment form the foundation for our work together and often already bring new perspective and clarity.
As part of the debrief, we explore the seven levels of energy and how they show up in your daily life — both in supportive and more reactive states.
From there, we begin to translate insight into awareness in action: how you respond, relate, and lead yourself in everyday situations.

Coaching for Organizations
In addition to my 1:1 coaching practice, I also work with organisations on leadership development and people-focused change processes.
This can include tailored support such as workshops on team dynamics and resilience, coaching for associates or managers during periods of change, and executive coaching.
Each collaboration is adapted to the specific context and needs of the organisation. Pricing and scope are therefore customised.
