This work comes from both my professional background and my own experience of navigating change and self-understanding.

Over time, I’ve become deeply interested in what happens when we begin to relate to ourselves in a more honest and conscious way.

My background

Throughout my life, I identified myself through my achievements and based my value on how well I performed in school or at work. Growing up, I felt the need to be the responsible big sister and, like many other young girls, I struggled with people pleasing, overthinking, low self-esteem, and a constant fear of making the wrong decisions or disappointing others

At some point something started to unravel within me. On the surface, my life looked great: I had a successful career within Human Resources, had just become a mother, and my partner and I had created what looked like our dream life. Beneath the surface, a completely different story was unfolding.

The pressure and stress slowly revealed something deeper — that despite external success, I had become disconnected from myself and the life I truly wanted to live.

A more meaningful life often begins with a deeper understanding of yourself.

Awareness became the first real shift for me. Working with a coach helped me start understanding not only my behaviours and patterns, but also what was underneath them and why they kept repeating.

One of the first conscious decisions I made was to leave my career, move with my family from Sweden to Spain, and begin creating a life that felt more aligned with who I truly was. That journey eventually led me to train with iPEC and become a certified coach myself. Of course, this is only a glimpse of a much longer and more complex journey. But over time, as you continue to do the inner work, something shifts;

You grow.
You let go.
And you become more connected to yourself — and to others.

Today, I bring together my experience as a certified coach and my background in Human Resources, where I spent many years supporting leaders and employees within complex international organisations. Together, these experiences allow me to understand both the personal and professional challenges that can arise when life, work, and identity no longer feel fully aligned.
